Can I ask how you are getting on with this chair? Do you need a cushion with it? How does it transfer into a car if you do this yourself? I'm just curious really as I pick mine up soon 🥰

One very important question is - what about the type of back rest? My current wheelchair was spec’d by the trained sales person including the back rest. I’ve queried the ‘self’ spec of CarbonBlack and he says this is not ideal as you would need professional advice with regards the back rest. Get that wrong and that could affect your back. So the advice is get professional help, don’t rely on your own spec.
Could you show this being used by a person who is in need of a wheelchair, please? With no armrests, footrests, or physical limitations it's difficult to tell if the design is helpful for a plethora of PWD. Based on the video it seems specific to a population with full limb function but in need of energy conservation measures.

"only one in carbonfiber" , no not right, that's a lie.....& " Weighs only 18.73 kg including wheels and tires" - that's quite heavy,,,, this one is in total, 4,2kg www.panthera.se/en/produkt_x.html - I don't have it, I use the U2 light with wheelaxel & wheels in carbonfiber = total weight around 6kg, it's old now, I had mine since 2011. Panthera doesn't make it anymore - changed it to U3 light... www.panthera.se/en/produkt_U3_light.html
The chair looks very good but the wheels are a complete let down. They look out dated by at least 20 years and aren’t a patch on Spinergy or Colours wheels.

Lol, the Motion Composite I am in now was $16000 US dollars and it is not even on the same level as this chair. $5000 for this chair? I'd easily pay twice that if I could find anyone that has it in stock or can order it.

It's really too bad that almost no one can afford this chair...Pretty sad actualy, just because it's carbon the price get's jacked 400%. How depressing

I'd love a wheelchair like this, but I need armrests and the casters are too small for my taste. Don't your casters get stuck quickly, or is that never an issue where you go/live?
